ANDI bags

The creator of ANDI bags, Andrea Weinberg has put an effortless amount of time into creating a bag that is versatile, stylish and works for any occasion.

Why I love them: They are cool, comfortable and come in amazing colors.
Why you will love them: Because you live in a city and need to be chic at all times.

ANDI bags can be used in so many different ways - WHICH WE LOVE.
Check out the above photo for deets.

If you want to pick up an ANDI bag and live in Manhattan, head to the following locations:

Fashion Don'ts: NYC Winter Wear 2015

Fashion Don'ts:
NYC Winter Wear 2015

Regardless of how thin, gorgeous or rockin you are, please don't wear the following.

1. A huge baggy blanket of a coat. Again. Regardless of how thin you are, a blacket does not look good on anyone in public. (Even my girl, RiRi)

Still love you boo.

2. Bright colors. I'm from Flordia. I get it. Still doesn't make it okay. No crazy colors ladies. And...orange rarely looks good on anyone.

Nuff said.

3. This just makes me sad. When you are goregous, please don't make yourself look ugly by wearing a horrible pattern or clothes that don't fit you. (Regardless of the label or the sale amount)

sad face.

4. I see a lot of poor decisions walking around the city right now. Typically, it is due to the weather. On rainy days, it's okay to pull out those rain boots and that rain coat but don't over accessorize.

Phase 2 - Execute: What to Wear for a night on the town!

What to Wear for a night on the town!

When asking the advice of my fellow fashionistas, there was a tie between my pink dress and my black one (out of three choices). I couldn't decide! Ultimately, I went for comfort. It is as simple as that. I felt that the pink strapless dress would cause me to be pulling it up all night and I didn't want to deal. Done. Black dress won!

I always try to wear as many accessories as I can. Whether its a hat or a necklace but the skilled stylist can tell when less is more.

Since I didn't wear many accessories, I added some 1950s vintage (fur coat above).

Advice:
The most important accessory of all: Great friends who don't judge and ONLY build you up (and vice versa of course!)

Phase 1 - Prep: What to Wear for a night on the town!

What to Wear for a night on the town!

Advice:
I try to do as much as I can myself. There is no need to spend a ridiculous amount of money when you are skilled at hair, nails or outfit choices.

Try to use photos of celebs for makeup and outfit guidance. Also, choose a celeb that resembles you - and don't hallucinate when choosing. I am obviously hispanic, curvy (and don't pretend that I am as thin as Kate Moss with short blonde hair) so I check out: JLO, Eva Longoria or Sofia Vergara.*Not saying I look like these gorgeous ladies - I am saying that I use there photos as guidance because they are 'similar' in that they have brown hair and eyes too. If you have blonde hair and blue eyes, these would not be the right faces to try to use for makeup and outfit guidance.

My entire look came from this photo because I love everything about it. She is tan, gorgeous and confident:

KoKo = Adore
A great look takes planning.

1. Nails - I am not skilled at doing my nails. Mani $12

2. Hair - I can get away with straightening it most days but not for a night out. DryBar $45

3. Makeup - Hello skills. I do excellent makeup. This did not happen over night. It takes practice. I would suggest going to your local MAC counter and requesting a makeover which can run min. $50 in which you are asked to purchase products. Don't relax during this makeover and go to sleep. PAY ATTENTION. Ask why the makeup artist is using those colors, how they are applying it and follow them along while holding a mirror. I tend to use MAC for a night out because it lasts forever with very little touchup. Also, instead of wearing gloss - try lip liner as both lipstick and liner. I get asked all the time who did my makeup and usually the answer is: Me! $0

Try contouring

4. The look - planning planning planning. Try to think about how you feel that day. What will YOU 'feel the BEST' in. Don't go super short if you feel like you didn't workout those legs as well you could have and will be thinking about it all night. Also, my best advice to young ladies is to dress for yourself.
