I love long nails.

They are feminine and beautiful. They make a dress go from ‘pretty’ to glamorous. BUT, I have bad allergies and tend to scratch myself often. Mostly on the face. Therefore, beware but they do look the best. If you can, do it.

I get my nails done at Sakura on the Upper East Side, NYC. Also, at Valley Nails in the village. I am doing natural nails now but for long lasting, I do gel. Sometimes the best manicure is the cheapest. Expensive doesn’t always mean long-lasting or well-done.

In NYC, I recommend J&J for the weekly mani/pedi. The color will last and it is $20.
